1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who post “photo replies’ at the official QRS RETAIL LTD facebook page at the contest specific post. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Kerala state, India and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of QRS RETAIL LTD, QRS MARKETING PVT LTD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of QRS RETAIL LTD as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 26th Dec, 2018, 10 am (IST) and ending 01ST JAN ,2019, 10 am (IST). All online entries must be received latest by 01st Jan, 2019, 10 am.
4. How to Enter: One must shoot a photo selfie in front of any QRS RETAIL LTD Showroom and submit as a photo comment under the specific contest announcing this contest.QRS logo and the showroom should be clear in the photo selfie. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of QRS RETAIL LTD. You may post only once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of QRS RETAIL LTD.
5. Prizes: Two Winner(s) of the Campaign (1st price and 2nd price) will receive gift prizes/products from QRS RETAIL LTD worth Rs.5225/ and Rs.3995/- accordingly. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at QRS RETAIL LTD’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Two winners will be selected under the supervision of QRS Retail Ltd official representatives. Winner will be notified by Facebook page within five (5) days following selection of winner (s). QRS Retail Ltd shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 20 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited.
7. Privacy Policy: No information is needed to share to participate in this contest. QRS Retail Ltd. receives or handles no information of the contestants.
8. Winners List: Will be published on the Facebook page of QRS Retail Ltd within 5 days after winners are selected.

10. By participating in the contest by submitting photo comments, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
11. Any rules governing this contest can me amended, deleted or added without public notice. By participating in this contest, you willfully accept this rule and all the other rules and terms mentioned above.
