Hi There, Recently I purchased few items (50" TV Combo Offer, Godrej Fridge and Godrej AC) from QRS online store. I could able to see all the items I want online and also in stock, but for the safe side, I thought just call and confirm before we order anything. There was QRS online contact number available on website(9744955255). Spoke to Viji (sorry don't know her full name) and she was able to answer all my queries. She helped with the whole online purchase process and till the delivery of items to our doorstep, also She managed to get a compliment Stabilizer for TV and Fridge as per my request. Thank you so much Viji for organizing this and took the ownership to make things happen correctly and perfectly. My experience with QRS was good. The people at the bakers hill branch are hospitable & assist you well. I needed a demo for the robotic vaccum cleaner, they arranged it & gave a demo at my place very nicely. Thanks to Mr Murlidharan for arranging the same. I had also visited croma & wanted a demo of robotic vacuum cleaner but they refused. I appreciate the efforts of the customer care staff especially Ms Anjana who coordinated and guided me extremely well all along. I have visited other electronic outlets like oxygen croma. Out of all these i found QRS was most customer oriented.
